Our Staff
Directors and staff must meet DSS regulations which include a SLED background check and a physical exam (TB skin test included). Have at minimum a high school diploma and at least 1 1/2 years of experience working with children. Must receive certification in INFANT/CHILD CPR, FIRST AID, and BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS training. Directors and staff must also receive 15-20 hours of continuing education in child related subjects per year. Our staff is carefully screened under state and federal guidelines to work in child care.
